Global Entertainment Productions Ltd. presents the Moscow
Circus® in "A Russian Folk Fair", a brand
new production created by Sasha Vosk, designed to be
performed on a proscenium stage.
"A Russian Folk Fair"
is a show for the audiences of all ages. The show itself
is based on centuries-old Russian traditions and fables,
and is narrated by a mythical Russian character "Fair
Hostess".
With approximately 20 performers
and duration of two hours (including one intermission),
"The Moscow Circus" enjoyed highly successful
tours in the United States during the 2002-2006. Also
in 2006 Moscow Circus became the first Russian Circus
to tour Jakarta, Indonesia with greate success. Hundreds
of thousands of people at the Performing Arts Centers
throughout this country, as well as the visitors to
the famed Dollywood and Silver Dollar City theme parks
have enjoyed this production. The premier tour was filmed
by PBS station WOUB, was awarded highest national TV
"Tilly" award, and it has been and is currently
being broadcast.
